1. Abstracts

• Please prepare an abstract of within 500 words in English.

• The abstract should explain clearly the content and relevance of the proposed technical contribution.

• No specific template for abstract.

• Do submission through the link by clicking the "Submit Abstract" button.

• Type or copy-paste the Title, Abstract, and Keywords in the spaces provided.

• You also need to list the following information: (1) Name and affiliation of each author, (2) Corresponding author and email address for correspondence, (3) and presenting author.

• You also need select whether you are submitting abstract only or intending to submit full paper. If you intend to submit full paper, you should also choose if you prefer the full paper to be considered for publication in one of the partner journals or in conference proceedings.

• You will also be asked about the preferred presentation mode, be it oral, poster, or online.

• Criteria for the abstract to be selected include scientific/technical content and presentation style/clarity.

2. After Abstract Acceptance

2.1. Abstracts only

If you are only submitting abstract only, then you may proceed with registration once your abstract is accepted.

2.2. Full Papers

Authors of an accepted abstract is invited (but not required) to submit a full paper of more than 3 pages. Submission due will be informed along with the abstract acceptance notification.

Full papers will be reviewed by the Session Organisers, Committee members, or invited reviewers. Session Organisers or Committees will then identify if the full paper can be recommended to a journal as preferred by the authors or to be suggested an alternative. Full paper must be registered and presented during ACCM 2026. Author(s) must register and pay the conference registration fee in order to present the paper at ACCM 2026.

Further information on full paper submission and editorial process will be communicated directly to the corresponding author(s) of the accepted abstracts opting for full paper publication.

The invitation to submit and the subsequent review, acceptance, and publication of the full papers in conference proceedings and partner journals will happen after the conference. The authors are expected to cooperate We intend to submit all camera-ready papers as soon as possible.

Scope and Topics

You are welcome to submit and present original research, case studies, and reviews related to all aspects of composite materials. The list below is non-exhaustive.
