Each oral presentation is allocated approximately 15 minutes, comprising 10–12 minutes for presentation and 2–3 minutes for questions and answers.
Please prepare the slides in 16:9 widescreen format.
PowerPoint is preferred. The computers provided in the presentation rooms are Windows PCs and do not run Keynote for Mac. Presenters using Keynote should export their slides to PowerPoint or PDF format before the session.
There is no official ACCM 2026 presentation template. You may use their own institutional or research group template.
Use of a personal laptop is permitted. Bring the required adapter, especially for USB-C, HDMI or Mac devices;
Please report to the session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
Please ensure the presentation file is ready before the session starts. To avoid delay, you are encouraged to test the slides in advance, particularly if the slides contain videos, animations, unusual fonts or embedded media.
Student oral presenters will be considered for the Best Presenter Awards. Evaluation will be based on the quality of the presentation, clarity of communication, and time management. Winners will be announced during the Award and Farewell Ceremony on Day 3.
Posters must be in either A1 or A0 size.
Poster boards and mounting materials will be provided at the venue.

The uploaded poster file will be made accessible to conference attendees through the online ACCM 2026 Programme during the conference.
Please mount your poster on the designated poster board at least 15 minutes before the poster session begins.
Poster presenters are required to be present at their poster board during the scheduled poster session to answer questions and engage in discussion with participants.
All posters must be removed immediately after the poster session concludes. The organising committee is not responsible for any lost, damaged or uncollected posters. Posters left behind after the conference ends will be discarded.
Best Poster Award will be presented to authors who demonstrate excellence in both poster content and interactive discussion with participants. Assessment may consider clarity of visual presentation, technical quality, originality, organisation of content, and the presenter’s ability to explain and discuss the work. Winners will be officially announced during the Award and Farewell Ceremony on Day 3.
Miscrosoft Teams link for the ONLINE Session: ACCM 2026 ONLINE Session
Online presenters will deliver their presentations live through the online meeting platform. The presentation link will be provided by the ACCM 2026 Secretariat before the conference.
Online presentations should follow the same timing as oral presentations: 10–12 minutes for presentation plus 2–3 minutes for questions and answers (total slot of 15 minutes)
Online presenters should join the online session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session starts.
Prepare the presentation in 16:9 format.
Presenters should keep their microphone muted when not speaking. The camera should preferably be turned on during the presentation and Q&A.
When invited by the Session Chair, the presenter should share their screen and begin the presentation. The Session Chair will manage the timing and Q&A.
Questions may be asked verbally or through the chat, depending on the format used by the Session Chair.
Online presenters are encouraged to send a backup copy of their slides to the Secretariat before the session. This will help the technical team assist in case of connection or screen-sharing problems.
If a presenter experiences connection issues during the live session, the Session Chair and technical team may proceed to the next presentation and return to the affected presenter later, subject to the available time.
