Registration fee covers:

• Access to technical sessions, conference kits, e-certificate of participation, coffee breaks, and lunches.

• Publishing fee for 1 full paper in the conference proceedings (optional).

• Early registration rate is for Abstracts submitted during Round I and payment received by the date advised in acceptance letter/invoice.

A. Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the 14th Asian-Australasian Conference on Composite Materials (ACCM 2026). These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation in the conference. By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Organiser & Financial Handling

The conference is administered by the ACCM 2026 Secretariat as part of the ACCM 2026 Committees, the organisers of the conference. All financial matters, including invoicing, payment processing, and receipt generation, are officially handled by ACCM COMPOSITE MALAYSIA NETWORK (Business Registration No: KT0612418-H), a company incorporated in Malaysia, established by ACCM 2026 Secretariat.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the applicable fees. Invoices will be sent to the corresponding authors (or the assigned persons) of accepted abstracts. Payments must be made via the provided secure payment gateway before the stated deadlines to secure early bird or regular rates.

4. Event Modifications

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, venue, or dates due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided, but the organisers are not liable for any other costs incurred by delegates (e.g., travel or accommodation).

B. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Delegate

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@accm2026.com .

• On or before 14 May 2026: Cancellations will receive a refund of the registration fee, subject to a 20% administrative deduction.

• After 14 May 2026 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date or for non-attendance (no-shows).

2. Substitute Attendees

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute from the same institution may attend in their place at no extra cost. The secretariat must be notified of this change in writing at least 14 days prior to the conference.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14–30 business days after the conclusion of the conference.

C. Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

ACCM 2026 Secretariat and ACCM COMPOSITE MALAYSIA NETWORK collects personal information (such as name, email address, institution/affiliation, and contact number) when you submit an abstract or register for ACCM 2026.

2. Payment Information

We do not directly collect or store your credit card or sensitive financial details. All online payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway partner.

3. Use of Information

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

• Process your conference registration and payment.

• Communicate important updates, program details, and announcements regarding ACCM 2026.

• Facilitate the publication of accepted papers.

• Generate official e-certificates and receipts.

4. Data Sharing

We respect your privacy and will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared with necessary service providers (such as the payment gateway and publishing partners) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling conference-related services.
